We’re planning a restaurant reopening for January 4. Robb and Kyle will continue working full-time at their current jobs.
As such, we will soon be hiring managers, servers, bartenders, prep cook, cooks, and dishwashers.
We will be open 6 days a week, introducing lunch on Saturdays and brunch on Sundays. We will remain closed on Mondays.
In order to better operate the restaurant, there will be formal job descriptions and expectations for each position. We will perform quarterly staff reviews and hold all employees accountable for the success of the business.
